Our slow flow class is a great way to start your mornings! This flow is about making everything out of something on your mat, and taking a step to clear our busy minds and enjoy our bodies in the present moment. Enjoy a 60 minute class. Temperature is pleasant, playlist amazing, twist away the toxins, breathe in positivity, make the best of the present, and accept yourself as you are.
Reggae, Acoustic, Folk and Disco tunes all create a relaxed backdrop.
A dynamic vinyasa class for those that are up for a challenge. Tribute means we will curate a playlist by one of two artists who are up for battle each week. Students will vote for the Tribute artist for the week. Follow us on social media to give input on who you want to hear at our next Tribute. Imagine a yoga playlist solely by that particular artist.

Move with breath and to the smooth and heavy beats of Hip Hop and R&B. Expect a dynamic and energizing practice with lots of fun sequences. Finish class having you feel at peace during your meditation.
Glow yoga may be the best way to light up your life (and practice) because nobody is watching you! Often times when people practice, they may think yoga has to be this or it has to be that, but yoga is your practice. Flow with the freedom of movement that makes your body feel alive! If you have been wanting to try yoga this is your sign! Dark room, ALL levels of yoga practice, a pop of color and good vibes only! Reminder that all classes are a judgement free zone, so if you are timid this class is perfect for you.
Fluid vinyasa (movement with breath) class is perfect for the beginner, the advanced, and all in between. Evening classes are meant to make you feel restored and rejuvenated- come be and breathe away the stress of the upcoming week as we practice a flow with ease. HIP HOP YOGA/EVENINGS
A fluid vinyasa flow with a strong collection of traditional poses. This class will be the same sequence every time and give you the opportunity to grown and challenge yourself in your practice. Grow and become stronger in every single class. This class also features an abs session to strengthen your core and your mind.

Pop-up yoga classes are using the idea to make yoga more accessible to more people, in non- traditional places, rather than studios.
Prana Sioux Falls offers some unique yoga experiences, guest instructors and a variety of classes for people who might be intimidated by the traditional yoga studio or have no idea what kind of yoga they like. Prana Sioux Falls, conceptualized last spring, has turned its efforts toward building community and nothing brings us together like yoga and giving back. Prana Sioux Falls is focused on being community off the mat too by contributing to nonprofit organizations.
